Zhitoon Finance News APP learned that Goldwind Science & Technology (02208) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Goldwind Australia Pty Ltd (hereafter referred to as “Goldwind Australia”) signed a long-term operation and maintenance service agreement with Australian energy company Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd (hereafter referred to as “Zenith”) with Goldwind Australia providing long-term operation and maintenance services for Zenith.

Goldwind Science & Technology signed a Parent Company Guarantee agreement with Zenith to provide a guarantee for Goldwind Australia's performance obligations under the above-mentioned long-term operation and maintenance service agreement. The amount of the guarantee is AUD 9.43 million, equivalent to approximately RMB 44.9 million, and the guarantee period is from the date of signing the guarantee agreement to 6 months after the expiration of the defect liability period.
