Ningbo Energy Holdings' subsidiary, Yongneng Zongneng, has established a wholly-owned subsidiary called Wuchuan Yongneng to carry out the biomass gasification clean gas project in Zunyi Wuchuan Industrial Park with cash investment. The total investment of the project does not exceed 126 million yuan, and Wuchuan Yongneng’s registered capital is 38 million yuan.
