盛剑环境将于7月9日召开股东大会，共审议3项议案

金融界6月19日消息，盛剑环境发布公告，将于2024年7月9日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月4日，当日收市后持有盛剑环境股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：上海市嘉定区汇发路301号盛剑大厦。

本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于拟变更公司全称的议案》

2、《关于修订<公司章程>的议案》

3、《关于修订<董事会议事规则>的议案》。
