ZhongguoJinshuLiYong (01636) released an announcement regarding the bankruptcy reorganization and debt reorganization of Copper Xin, Metal Recycling and Thai Vietnam (related affiliates).

The second creditor meeting was successfully completed according to the established agenda. As some state-owned enterprises were unable to vote on the spot, the joint administrator gave such creditors an additional 5 days to submit their votes.

On June 12, 2024, the joint administrator notified the creditors of the second creditor meeting of their voting results via text message. The creditors voted to allow the debtor to continue production and operations and to approve the amendment of the common beneficial creditors.

In addition, the trading of the shares remains suspended.
