G-vision int'l (00657) announced that the company's chairman, Zheng Hehui, will retire from the position of director-general and executive director of the board of directors after the company's shareholder annual meeting held on August 16, 2024.
Zheng Hehui, the chairman of the company, will retire and resign as the chairman of the board of directors, executive director, and general manager of the board of directors after the company's shareholder annual meeting held on August 16, 2024, and pursuant to his retirement plan.
After Mr. Zheng's retirement, Mr. Zheng Baimin, who has been serving as executive director since September 30, 2004, will succeed Mr. Zheng as chairman of the board of directors. Ms. Zheng Baili, who has been serving as executive director since April 1, 2011, will succeed Mr. Zheng as general manager of the board of directors.
After serving as an independent non-executive director of the board of directors for 30 years, Luo Daoming has expressed his intention to retire and will not seek re-election at the 2024 shareholder annual meeting due to his other personal affairs.
From June 19, 2024, Luo Guotai will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company.
From June 19, 2024, Mr. Luo will step down as chairman of the company's remuneration committee and as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee;
From June 19, 2024, KT Luo will be appointed as a member of the company's audit committee and remuneration committee;
From June 19, 2024, Yuan Shaozhang will be transferred to the position of chairman of the company's remuneration committee and appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and
After the company's shareholder annual meeting in 2024, Mr. Zheng will step down as chairman of the nomination committee, and Ms. Zheng will succeed him as chairman of the nomination committee.
