会议地点：山东省青岛市市北区开封路88号青岛百洋医药股份有限公司会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计1项议案，具体如下：
1、关于收购上海百洋制药股份有限公司、青岛百洋投资集团有限公司、青岛百洋伊仁投资管理有限公司及北京百洋康合科技有限公司股权暨关联交易的议案。
