Storage King Co., Ltd. (2997) announced on the 18th the implementation of commemorative shareholder benefits and the introduction of a shareholder benefit system.

To commemorate the 3rd year anniversary of going public in April 2024, the company will implement commemorative shareholder benefits to thank shareholders for their ongoing support.

In addition, although the company's fundamental philosophy aims for sustainable and stable growth and improvement of corporate value, the company aims to increase the investment attractiveness of its stock by encouraging further understanding of the company through the use of its services and promoting ownership of its stock by more people. Therefore, the company will introduce a shareholder benefit system throughout the year.

Regarding the commemorative shareholder benefit, shareholders owning 100 shares or more (unit shares) recorded or registered in the shareholder's register as of July 31, 2024 will be presented with a QUO card worth ¥2,000. The presentation is scheduled for late October 2024.

Regarding the shareholder benefit system, shareholders owning 100 shares or more (unit shares) recorded or registered in the shareholder's register as of the reference date (January 31st) each year will be presented with QUO cards and TR (Trunk Room) discount coupons depending on the continuous holding period. The first reference date will be January 31, 2025. The company plans to enclose and send them with the notice of convocation of the general meeting of shareholders, which will be convened in early April every year.
