2024年6月19日，中国证券监督管理委员会上海监管局公告，王也因违规减持行为被处以出具警示函的行政监管措施。经查，王也于2023年8月17日通过司法处置取得上海中路（集团）持有的中路股份410万股，占公司总股本的1.28%。然后在2023年8月18日，王也通过集中竞价交易方式将上述股份全部卖出，存在在受让后6个月内存在连续90日通过集中竞价交易减持股份总数超过公司股份总数的1%的情形，违反了相关证券法律法规。监管局决定依法对王也采取出具警示函的行政监管措施，要求其加强对证券法律法规的学习，严格规范减持行为，杜绝此类违规行为再次发生。
