该融资券的期限为31天，兑付日定于2024年7月19日，实际发行总额达到4亿元。此前，在2023年2月15日，珠海港已收到交易商协会签发的《接受注册通知书》（中市协注〔2023〕SCP40号），交易商协会决定接受公司超短期融资券注册，注册金额为20亿元。
