The company's board of directors will consider and propose appropriate institutions to serve as its international and domestic auditors for 2024 as soon as possible for shareholders' consideration. It takes some time for the company to complete internal procedures for the appointment of auditors, and it is expected that a special shareholders' meeting will be held no later than the end of 2024 to consider relevant proposals.
