The Nanchang Housing Provident Fund Management Center in Jiangxi Province issued a notice stating that it will optimize the housing unit recognition standards for housing provident fund loans. The new policy will be implemented from July.
The specific optimization measures include: if the borrower and co-borrower purchase the only residential property in the place of purchase, the policy of housing provident fund first-home loans will be implemented; for the purchase of the second residential property, the policy of housing provident fund second-home loans will be implemented; the number of housing units is based on the information provided by the real estate registration department in the place of purchase. That is, as long as the inspection results of the real estate registration center where the purchased house is located show no complete set of residential properties, the first-home loan interest rate can be applied.
