The funds organized and sold by the company are classified as JOL products and JOLCO products according to their commodity properties.

JOLCO products can obtain the deferral effect of taxable income by having depreciation expenses of aircraft or ships exceed lease revenue (at the beginning of the lease period). On the other hand, JOL products can expect to receive certain profits through deferral effect of taxable income due to depreciation and lease revenue, and capital gain from the sale of aircraft at exit (expiration of lease period) as actual asset investment in aircraft.

Investors of operating lease funds are mid-sized unlisted companies, and accounting firms and regional financial institutions are responsible for contact with these clients. The company has the advantage of collaborating with regional financial institutions by belonging to SBI Group with diverse client base.

For performance, the company plans to achieve sales revenue of 54.5 billion yen, a 0.7% increase compared to the previous period, and operating profit of 5.3 billion yen, a 7.2% increase of the same period last year for the fiscal year ending in March 2025. JOLCO products supply appropriate goods taking into account investor needs, securing sufficient inventory levels, and JOL products differentiate products through composition mainly for major airlines, aiming for premium pricing especially for JOLCO products. In the medium to long term, we aim for stable and continuous growth of annual growth rate of 10% + alpha in operating profit.
