China Hongbao (08316) announced that the group expects its net loss after tax to decrease from approximately HKD 19 million for the year ended March 31, 2023 to approximately HKD 2 million to HKD 5 million for the year ended March 31, 2024. The board of directors believes that the decrease in net loss is mainly due to the recognition of the sale of certain subsidiary companies for approximately HKD 17 million for the year ended March 31, 2024 and the improvement in the business of the internet-related service division.
