Xinte Energy (01799) announced that, with the approval of the shareholder annual general meeting, Zhang Jianxin and Hu Weijun were appointed as executive directors of the company; Zhang Xin, Huang Hanjie and Kong Ying were appointed as non-executive directors of the company; Cui Xiang, Chen Weiping and Tan Guoming were appointed as independent non-executive directors of the company. The appointed directors will each enter into a service contract with the company, with effect from June 18, 2024, until the expiration of the term of office of the Fifth Board of Directors.
