Jiayi Holdings (01025) announced that the group expects to incur a loss of no less than about HKD 25 million (excluding possible further impairment or provision (if any)) for the year ending March 31, 2024, while a loss of approximately HKD 31.3 million was incurred for the year ending March 31, 2023.

The expected decrease in losses is mainly due to the reduction of administrative expenses, sales and distribution expenses for the year ending March 31, 2024 compared to last year; and the decrease in loss from recognition of impairments on property, plant and equipment.
