(provisional name, subject to the name approved by competent authorities). The board also agreed to invest RMB 20 million to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary named "Guangdong Sunwill Precision Mould Co., Ltd." (provisional name, subject to the name approved by competent authorities). The board authorized the executive management team or its authorized representative to handle specific business registration procedures and related matters such as actual contribution with their own funds.

The company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary named "Guangdong Sunwill Automobile Research Institute Co., Ltd." in Guangzhou city, with new project incubation as the development direction. By collecting information on the automobile industry and conducting forward-looking technology research, the company will make technical reserves for the development of integrated new projects and meet customer expectations. After incubation, the new project will promote the industrialization and standardization management of product technology, patent excavation, and the iterative upgrade of the company's automobile parts business. In addition, the company will fully utilize the advantages of Guangzhou city and Guangzhou Development Zone's automotive industry resources to help upgrade the company's automotive parts industry. The company also plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary named "Guangdong Sunwill Precision Mould Co., Ltd." by using the upstream and downstream supply chain resources of the company's fan blade and precision component business units, quickly entering the integrated product supply chain, and promoting the industrial development of "mold injection integration" to provide customers with better services. At the same time, by combining its own advantages, the company will enhance the competitiveness of its mold products through technological innovation and product optimization, and form new profit growth points.
