The Supervisory Committee recommends the appointment of Jiang **** as the external supervisor of the ninth session of the Supervisory Committee; at the same time, the Supervisory Committee recommends the re-election of Li Zhaohua and Sun Yi as external supervisors of the ninth session of the Supervisory Committee; and recommends the re-election of Chen Wei as the shareholder representative supervisor of the ninth session of the Supervisory Committee.
