NOVO LAND Phase 3B, under New World Development (00016.HK), will launch its first round of sales this Saturday (22nd), offering a total of 160 units, including 2 studios, 39 one-bedroom units, 95 two-bedroom units, and 24 three-bedroom units, with a net average price of HKD 11,854 per sq ft.

According to Ivan Chan Hon-lin, the general manager (sales & marketing) of New World Development, the first round of sales will be divided into two time slots (Group A and Group B), involving units worth over HKD 950 million according to market cap.

Chan also pointed out that the project has received over 3,500 registrations of intent to purchase as of yesterday (17th), and is expected to receive over 4,000 registrations today. The majority of the registrants are end-users, accounting for about 70%, while about 30% are investors.

In addition, the price list for No.3 has been released today, offering 80 units, including 32 one-bedroom units, 26 two-bedroom units, and 22 three-bedroom units, with a net average price of HKD 12,206 per sq ft. The net selling prices of No.3 range from HKD 3.7026 million to HKD 8.4821 million, with a price per sq ft ranging from HKD 11,735 to HKD 12,796.
