■What is an excellent health enterprise “silver certification”
An excellent health enterprise “silver certification” is an accreditation given to companies that have achieved certain results under the health excellent enterprise certification system implemented by the Tokyo Federation of Health Insurance Associations. Certification is an examination based on “evaluation criteria and confirmation methods” determined by the Health Enterprise Declaration Tokyo Promotion Council, and certificates are issued to companies that have obtained an evaluation of 80 points or more.

■Health management and health promotion initiatives
The Headwaters Group has set up “health management” (*1) promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and employees are also working to manage health and create a comfortable work environment with a sense of involvement.
