Capital Ind Fin (00730.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Qin Tai Management Co., Ltd., notified Shougang Cent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. today (18th) about the proposed public listing and solicitation of transferees to transfer its existing holding of all issued shares of Shougang Cent Technology, which is approximately 0.43%.

It is understood that approval from relevant government departments is required before the proposed transfer can be carried out, and there is uncertainty as to whether approval can be obtained and when it will be obtained. As of today, Qin Tai Management holds 8.446 million shares of Shougang Cent Technology, accounting for approximately 0.43% of the total issued shares of Shougang Cent Technology.
