Guoquan (02517) announced that it has appointed Fangyuan Enterprise Service Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (Fangyuan) to provide company secretarial support services to the company. Since 2023, Fangyuan has nominated Ms. He Yanqun (Ms. He) to serve as joint company secretary of the company (joint company secretary), legal process document agent (referred to as "legal process document agent") (according to section 16 of Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong) to receive legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, and according to rule 19A.13 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Listing Rules) to receive legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, and according to rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules to be the authorized representative of the company.

The board of directors hereby announces that Ms. He has resigned as Joint Company Secretary, Legal Process Document Agent, and Authorized Representative of the company, effective from June 18, 2024. Fangyuan has nominated Mr. Zhang Qichang (Mr. Zhang) to replace Ms. He as one of the joint company secretaries, legal process document agents, and authorized representatives of the company, effective from June 18, 2024. Mr. Wang Hui (Mr. Wang) has served and will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
