CITIC Securities (06030) announced that CSI MTN Limited, a subsidiary of its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC Securities International, established a subsidiary on March 29, 2022, with a maximum principal amount of USD 3 billion (or the equivalent amount in other currencies) of overseas medium-term note program (referred to as MTN Program), which is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International.

On June 17, 2024, the issuer issued a note under the bill plan with an issue amount of USD 5 million, guaranteed by CITIC Securities International.
