Guangshen Rail (00525.HK) announced in a statement on June 18th that Chen Shaohong was appointed as an executive director and Niu Jianfeng was appointed as a shareholder representative supervisor at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Since the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders, Chen Shaohong has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee by the 10th Board of Directors at its eighth meeting. Niu Jianfeng was elected as the chairman of the supervisory board at the supervisory board meeting.
