During the ban, other enterprises controlled or managed by the legal representative He Qingfa are also prohibited from participating in military procurement activities within the above scope, and Zhang Bing, the bidding representative, is prohibited from acting as an agent for other suppliers to participate in military procurement activities within the above scope.

Currently, the company's overall production and business activities are normal. After investigation, Tianjin Shentong did not execute any directly related contracts within the scope of this ban. During the ban period, Tianjin Shentong is not allowed to participate in military supply and engineering service procurement activities, but its cooperation with military-industrial groups, channels, and industry customers in related weapon and equipment procurement activities outside of supply and engineering services is expected to continue as usual. Because Tianjin Shentong mainly focuses on sales of products and usually does not participate in direct bidding. According to statistics, Tianjin Shentong did not generate direct domestic military supply and equipment business income within the scope of this ban in 2023.
