会议地点：杭州市萧山区博奥路1658号拓中大厦28层3号会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于选举公司第八届董事会董事的议案》
2、《关于为全资子公司中拓物流开展期货交割库业务提供担保的议案》。
