- Note 2 “Business Strategy Officer” is a division responsible for business strategy (CSO).
- Note 3 They are “independent officers” based on the regulations of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
- Note 4 “Legal Affairs/Risk Management Officer” is a division responsible for legal affairs and risk management (CRO) roles.
