■Shareholder return policy

Mimaki Engineering <6638> positions return of profits to shareholders as an important management policy, and its basic policy is to distribute results in a stable and continuous manner commensurate with growth in business performance. For this reason, the dividend per share for the fiscal year ending 2024/3 was increased by 7.5 yen to 25.0 yen per year (10.0 yen at the end of the 2nd quarter, 15.0 yen at the end of the fiscal year ending). The dividend per share for the fiscal year ending 2025/3 is planned to be 30.0 yen (15.0 yen at the end of the 2nd quarter, 15.0 yen at the end of the fiscal year ending).
