观点网讯：6月18日，海底捞旗下高端bistro囿吉山在北京暂停营业，门店正在进行装潢拆除。
囿吉山是海底捞持股75%的首家独立酒馆，主打云贵川风味，客单价约300元，自试营业至闭门仅9个月。
据了解，囿吉山曾在北京小有名气，但目前门店已暂停营业。海底捞方面尚未就此事公开回应。
此外，其他城市的bistro业态也面临挑战。例如，杭州的bistro ete夏久和北京的Grape Lane葡萄巷等均已闭店。
