CC Securities (01375.HK) announced that its general manager, chairman of the executive committee, and financial officer Li Zhaoxin resigned from the position of finance officer due to work arrangements yesterday (17th). The application took effect from the time it was delivered to the board of directors. After resigning from the position of finance officer, Li Zhaoxin continues to serve as general manager and chairman of the executive committee of the company.

The company appointed Guo Liangyong as chief financial officer and member of the executive committee to perform the duties of financial officer. His term of office will last until the expiration of the seventh board of directors on November 9th of this year, starting from yesterday.
