幸福控股发布公告，于2024年6月14日公司收到联交所信件说明由于公司未有满足复牌指引，上市委员会根据上市规则第6.01A（1）条决定取消股份在联交所上市（“该决定”）。
根据上市规则2B章，公司有权在该决定发出日期七天内把该决定交给联交所复核委员会复核。信件内标明除非公司申请复核，否则股份最后上市日期将为2024年6月28日，而股份上市将自2024年7月2日上午9时起被取消。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
