绿色动力环保（01330）发布公告，因公司派送2023年度现金股利，“绿动转债”的转股价格将由人民币9.60元/股调整为人民币9.45元/股，“绿动转债”转股期起止日期为2022年9月5日至2028年2月24日，调整后的转股价格自2024年6月26日（除息日）起生效。
“绿动转债”于2024年6月17日至2024年6月25日（A股权益分派股权登记日）期间停止转股，2024年6月26日起恢复转股。
