经审核委员会推荐，董事会已议决委任信永中和（香港）会计师事务所有限公司（信永中和）为新核数师，自2024年6月17日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
