The Chicago Nikkei 225 futures settlement value is 38,410 yen, 410 yen higher than the Osaka daytime ratio.

The US stock market rose. The Dow average closed at 38,778.10 dollars, which rose 188.94 dollars, and the Nasdaq closed at 17,857.02, which rose 168.14 points.
