Beijing Capital Eco-Environment Protection Group (600008.SH) announced that it plans to transfer 100% equity of ECO Industrial Environmental Engineering Pte Ltd held by the seller. Seche Holdings (SG) Pte. Ltd. was determined as the final buyer through non-public multi-party bidding. The company and the buyer signed the "Equity Purchase Agreement" on June 17, 2024, and the trading price of the target company's 100% equity was the benchmark purchase price plus the locked box interest minus known losses. Among them: the benchmark purchase price is SGD 605.754 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 3.199 billion at the middle exchange rates of SGD to RMB on June 17, 2024, of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange), and the locked box interest is the cumulative interest of the known losses during the locked box period subtracted from the benchmark purchase price, with an interest rate of 3.6829% per year.
