On June 17th, Glory Hui announced that Far East Horizon (03360.HK) issued and listed 250 million US dollars of zero-coupon guaranteed convertible bonds that will mature in 2026. The bonds are issued by Star Travel Limited ("Issuer") and guaranteed by the company.
