According to the voluntary disclosure published by the company on March 19, 2024, Cornerstone has signed a milestone and long-term business cooperation memorandum of understanding with Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (Bangchak), aiming at installing, operating and maintaining a national network of electric vehicle charging stations at Bangchak's gas stations. The proceeds of the potential investment will mainly be used to support the first and second phases of the project in cooperation with Bangchak, involving a total of 1000 stations. The potential investor has started its due diligence process and is expected to complete the evaluation to reach a deal by the end of August 2024.
