On June 17, Keypoint Intelligence announced that the group would establish a joint venture company in Laos. The joint venture company is a limited liability company established in accordance with Laotian law, and its main business is the production and sale of cassava starch business.

According to the terms of the relevant agreements, the registered capital of the joint venture company will be US$10 million. The group has agreed to invest US$5 million in cash in installments. The group will subscribe for 51% of the equity of the joint venture company, while Ms. Moui Vannavong will subscribe for 49% of the equity of the joint venture company with land and equipment.

The group believes that the establishment of a joint venture company is complementary to the group's business strategy and is conducive to further development of the group in the industry.
