Mr. Wang Qinghai and the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wang Qinghua still have a consistent action relationship as consistent actors of the actual controller.

According to the Notice provided by Guo Hongmei, Guo Hongmei and Mr. Wang Qinghai signed a divorce agreement and obtained a divorce certificate. The agreement stipulates the specific arrangement of stock share split as follows: Guo Hongmei will transfer her 862,569 shares (0.5217% of the company's total share capital) of A-shares with unlimited circulation directly held by the company to Mr. Wang Qinghai.
