Future Data (08229) issued a statement on the Intelligent Wealth APP that all prerequisites have been met. On June 17, 2024, the company issued convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HKD 2 million to subscribers. The net proceeds will be used for the operational and business expansion of Union Superior Investments (USI) after completion of the acquisition. If the acquisition of USI cannot be realized, the net proceeds will be used as general operating funds for the group's business.

The approval for the conversion of 4 million shares of convertible bonds into shares, as well as the trading permit, has been approved by the Listing Committee of the HKEX.
