Guangnan Group (01203) announced the liquidation of its joint venture Huanglong Food Industry Co., Ltd. Recently, the company received a notice from Huanglong Food that the liquidation has been completed in accordance with China's Company Law and the relevant cancellation procedures have been completed.

As part of the liquidation, Huanglong Food conducted a comprehensive inventory of its assets and liabilities during the liquidation period with August 9, 2022 as the liquidation basis day. It also entrusted Tenzhi International Accounting Firm to audit the financial status of Huanglong Food from the beginning of the liquidation to the completion of the liquidation.

At this point, Huanglong Food has completed the liquidation procedure and obtained the confirmation of cancellation of its business registration from Jilin Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on June 12, 2024.

The board of directors confirmed that the liquidation of Huanglong Food is in line with the company's strategic planning and does not have a significant adverse impact on the group's business or financial situation.
