On June 17, Gelunhui reported that Jiuki Stock (300994.SZ) held the second eleventh meeting of the board of directors and the tenth meeting of the second supervisory board on June 17, 2024 respectively, and passed the proposal on the "Partial Raised Investment Project Closing and the Permanent Supplementary Working Capital of the Remaining Raised Funds", agreeing that the company will close the public offering of stocks financing projects such as the "Research and Development Design Center Project" and the "Supply Chain System Upgrade Project", planning to use the remaining fundraising of 27.6856 million yuan for permanent supplementary working capital, which is used for daily operation and business development of the company. After the payment is completed and the transfer of the remaining fund is completed, the company will cancel the fund raising special account as required, and the fund raising special account supervision agreement signed by the company, the sponsor institution, and the opening bank will terminate accordingly. The board of directors authorized the management and financial departments to handle the cancellation of the fundraising special account.
