Guangdong Topstrong Living Innovation & Integration (300749.SZ) announced on June 17 that the company has recently signed a "partnership equity transfer agreement" with Xiao Yunping. The company used its own funds to purchase 7.6287% of the equity of the limited partnership enterprise, Taian Jinze Zhongliu One Industrial Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Jinze Zhongliu" or "Partnership Enterprise"), corresponding to RMB 12 million of the subscribed capital contribution held by Xiao Yunping. The capital contribution has been fully paid in, and the transaction price is RMB 13.03 million. Other partners do not have preemptive rights.

As the executing affairs partner of Jinze Zhongliu is Zhejiang Zhongliu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Zhongliu Private Equity' or 'general partner'), the Company will sign the 'Taian Jinze Zhongliu One Industrial Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement' to form a joint investment with professional institutions. After the completion of this transaction, the Company will become one of the limited partners of Jinze Zhongliu and hold 7.6287% of its equity.
