Enviro Energy (01102.HK) announced that the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has taken disciplinary actions against its former directors. The Stock Exchange issued a statement of director unsuitability and condemnation to the company's former chairman and executive director Li Sen, former executive director Zhong Jinghua, and former independent non-executive director Li Jinyuan, and issued a statement of harm to investor interests and condemnation to former executive director and CEO Zhou Xuesheng.

The announcement pointed out that the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong sanctioned the four former directors of the company for four matters, including internal monitoring deficiencies, unauthorized guarantees and transfer agreements, Li Sen's criminal prosecution and unusual board actions. It was considered that Li Sen, Zhong Jinghua, and Li Jinyuan were unsuitable to serve as directors or senior management positions in the company, and Zhou Xuesheng's continued membership in the board harmed investor interests.
