Smart Money app reported that Forest Packaging Group (605500.SH) announced that the restricted shares to be listed this time are part of the company's initial public offering, and involve a total of six shareholders, namely Lin Qijun, Lin Qiqun, Lin Qifa, Lin Jialian, Taizhou Forest Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as 'Forest Investment') and Wenling Forest Global Creation Enterprise Management Consulting Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as 'Forest Global Creation'). The above-mentioned shareholders hold a total of approximately 308 million restricted shares of the company, accounting for 74.25% of the total share capital. The above-mentioned restricted shares will be listed for circulation from June 24, 2024.
