Avichina (02357.HK) announced that some members of the seventh board of directors, namely Yan Lingxi (executive director), Sun Jizhong (executive director), Xu Gang (non-executive director), Liu Weiwu (independent non-executive director), Mao Fugen (independent non-executive director), and Lin Guiping (independent non-executive director), have been nominated as candidates for re-election as directors of the eighth board of directors. Their term of office will commence from the date of approval of the provisional shareholder meeting until the next shareholder meeting approving the next board of directors is held in 2027.

Xu Dongsheng, Zhou Xunwen and Hu Shiwei have been nominated as candidates for non-executive directors of the 8th Board of Directors, and their term of office will last from the date of approval by the temporary shareholders' meeting to the date when the next Board of Directors is approved by the company's shareholders at the shareholders' meeting in 2027.

Guo Guangxin, a member of the seventh board of supervisors, has been nominated as a candidate for reelection as a shareholder representative supervisor of the eighth board of supervisors. His term of office will commence from the date of approval of the provisional shareholder meeting until the next shareholder meeting approving the next board of supervisors is held in 2027.

Nie Xiaoming has been nominated as a shareholder representative supervisor candidate for the 8th Supervisory Board, and Kang Yinglei has been nominated as an employee representative supervisor for the 8th Supervisory Board. Their term of office will last from the date of approval by the temporary shareholders' meeting to the date when the next Supervisory Board is approved by the company's shareholders at the shareholders' meeting in 2027.
