The borrower of Loan Agreement II is Hunan Zhongtian Hangxiao Steel Structure Construction Co., Ltd. (Hangxiao Steel Structure), the lender is China Everbright Bank, the loan amount is RMB 4 million, with an actual annual interest rate of approximately 5%.

The loan will be specifically used for daily operations, which is crucial for the continued operation and efficiency improvement of Zhuzhou Kaida and Hangxiao Steel Structure.
