Zhixun Finance APP news, Avichina (02357) released an announcement that some members of the 7th Board of Directors, namely Yan Lingxi (executive director), Sun Jizhong (executive director), Xu Gang (non-executive director), Liu Weiwu (independent non-executive director), Mao Fugen (independent non-executive director) and Lin Guiping (independent non-executive director), have been nominated as candidates for the 8th Board of Directors for reelection. Their term of office will last from the date of approval by the temporary shareholders' meeting to the date when the next Board of Directors is approved by the company's shareholders at the shareholders' meeting in 2027.

The remaining members of the 7th Board of Directors, namely Lian Dawei (non-executive director), Liu Bingjun (non-executive director) and Wang Jun (non-executive director), have confirmed that they will not participate in the reelection of the 8th Board of Directors after their respective terms of office expire. They have also confirmed to the company that they have no different opinions with the Board of Directors and have no matter to inform the company's shareholders about their termination of office.

Xu Dongsheng, Zhou Xunwen and Hu Shiwei have been nominated as candidates for non-executive directors of the 8th Board of Directors, and their term of office will last from the date of approval by the temporary shareholders' meeting to the date when the next Board of Directors is approved by the company's shareholders at the shareholders' meeting in 2027.

In addition, Guo Guangxin, a member of the 7th Supervisory Board, has been nominated as a candidate for shareholder supervisor of the 8th Supervisory Board, and his term of office will last from the date of approval by the temporary shareholders' meeting to the date when the next Supervisory Board is approved by the company's shareholders at the shareholders' meeting in 2027.

The remaining supervisors of the 7th Supervisory Board, namely Zheng Qiang and Zhao Zhuo, have confirmed that they will not participate in the reelection of the 8th Supervisory Board after their respective terms of office expire. They have also confirmed to the company that they have no different opinions with the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board and have no matter to inform the company's shareholders about their termination of office.

Nie Xiaoming has been nominated as a shareholder representative supervisor candidate for the 8th Supervisory Board, and Kang Yinglei has been nominated as an employee representative supervisor for the 8th Supervisory Board. Their term of office will last from the date of approval by the temporary shareholders' meeting to the date when the next Supervisory Board is approved by the company's shareholders at the shareholders' meeting in 2027.
