Chengdu Xinzhu Road & Bridge Machinery (002480.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sichuan Shengtian New Energy Development Co., Ltd. ("Shengtian New Energy"), has been selected as the investment entity for the Xindu Project and Xiangcheng Project. It plans to establish a project company as the investment entity for the Xindu Project and Xiangcheng Project.
Chengdu Xinzhu Road & Bridge Machinery (002480.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sichuan Shengtian New Energy Development Co., Ltd. ("Shengtian New Energy"), has been selected as the investment entity for the 200,000-kilowatt power supply and storage project in Sege Township, Xinlong County ("Xindu Project") and the 400,000-kilowatt "1+N" photovoltaic project in Zhengdou Township, Xiangcheng County ("Xiangcheng Project"). It plans to establish a project company as the investment entity for the Xindu Project and Xiangcheng Project.
It is reported that Shengtian New Energy plans to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Tentatively named Xinlong Shengtian New Energy Co., Ltd. ("Xinlong Shengtian"), with a cash contribution of 212 million yuan as the investment entity for the Xindu Project. Shengtian New Energy plans to jointly set up Xiangcheng Shengtian New Energy Co., Ltd. (tentatively named "Xiangcheng Shengtian") with Ganzi Energy Development Group Co., Ltd. ("Gan Neng Fa") as the investment entity for the Xiangcheng Project with a cash contribution. The registered capital of Xiangcheng Shengtian is 388 million yuan, with Shengtian New Energy holding 71% of the equity and Gan Neng Fa holding 29% of the equity.
