On June 17th, Gelonhui announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningde Kaixin Battery Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ningde Kaixin"), signed a "Material Supply Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with Contemporary Amperex Technology on June 17th, 2024. The agreement stipulates that during the validity period of this agreement (from the effective date of this agreement to December 31st, 2025), Ningde Kaixin (including its affiliated companies) will supply Contemporary Amperex Technology (including its affiliated companies) with an estimated amount of 58,600 tons of corresponding electrolyte products for solid lithium hexafluorophosphate use. The specific product name, specifications, unit price, quantity, technical standards, etc. shall be subject to the orders or other written documents confirmed by both parties.

The signing of the agreement indicates that Contemporary Amperex Technology recognizes the company's research and development capabilities, quality system, and production supply capabilities, further verifying the company's competitiveness in the field of lithium-ion battery materials. The signing of the agreement is conducive to strengthening the long-term and stable cooperative relationship between the company and Contemporary Amperex Technology.
