1. Restructuring of planning and business development function.
Regarding the Planning and Business Development Headquarters (5-department system) under the Chief Strategy and Planning Officer, the 4 departments related to business development and alliance will be transferred to executives in charge of business development and alliance, respectively. Accordingly, the Planning and Business Development Headquarters will be dissolved in a developmental manner.
2. Restructuring of compliance and risk management function.
In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of compliance and risk management response, the Compliance and Risk Management Promotion Department will be split into the Compliance Promotion Department, which will be responsible for compliance promotion, and the Risk Management Promotion Department, which will be responsible for internal control and risk management. Accordingly, the Compliance and Risk Management Promotion Department will be dissolved in a developmental manner.
3. Restructuring of General Affairs and Environmental Safety Function.
The stock-related functions of the General Affairs and Environmental Safety Department will be transferred to the Chief IR Officer, the environmental safety-related functions to the Sustainability Department (renamed from the ESG Department), and the document management functions to the IT Supervision Department. A new General Affairs Department will be established to handle general affairs functions, support for domestic group companies, and crisis management functions, and the General Affairs and Environmental Safety Department will be dissolved in a developmental manner.
4. Establishment of the COO office.
The CSPO (Chief Strategy and Planning Officer) office will be transferred under the COO and renamed as the COO office.
